Leaders New Zealand have been drawn alongside Wales, Scotland and France in the fourth tournament of the international sevens rugby series in San Diego.
With wins in Dubai and South Africa, New Zealand hope to maintain their winning form in the Wellington tournament next month before heading to the United States.

Hosts US Eagles face a challenging opening day against South Africa and England.

Fiji, who finished runners-up to New Zealand in the first two tournaments last month, also have a tough pool, facing island rivals Samoa, Australia and a combined West Indies side.

After a strong start to the season, rejuvenated Argentina are No 3 seeds in San Diego and head pool C, which also features Kenya, Canada and Chile.

South Africa, third currently after two semifinal appearances, face England, Mexico and hosts the Eagles, who will be hoping for more heroics from flying wing Takudswa Ngwenya in pool D.

Pools

Pool A: New Zealand, Scotland, Wales, France

Pool B: Fiji, Samoa, Australia, West Indies
