The home side welcome back Rob Vickerman, Alberto Di Bernardo, Jon Dunbar and Hendre Fourie for their final game of the season, which will be a farewell appearance for captain Stuart Hooper after five seasons at Headingley Carnegie.
John Holtby, Pablo Bouza, Mark Lock and Darren Edwards will also be making their final appearance before leaving the club.
Director of rugby Stuart Lancaster is also on his way to a post with the Rugby Football Union and he said: "Personally, I am looking forward to the game.
"When I look back at some of my games for the club, both as a player and a coach, I don’t think it gets any better than playing Wasps at home. I am sure however, that it will be with great sadness when I leave Headingley Carnegie for the last time on Saturday evening.
"I have fantastic memories of my 16 years at the club and I will be looking forward to support the club in the future either from the terraces or in anyway I can in my new position.
"Fosi Pala’amo and Calum Clark have not recovered from the hamstring and back injuries respectively that ruled them out of the London Irish game whilst James Brooks and Luther Burrell picked up injuries in the game down at Reading.
"We had hoped that Richard Welding may have recovered in time from his ankle injury for this week but time has beaten him.
