Sackey left the field after 18 minutes during the win against Leeds, and although he was later seen leaving the ground on crutches, he insists that he will be ready for the play-offs.
"I'm a quick healer," said the England winger. "It's going to be all right. I'm feeling positive about it.
"If I am not OK for the semi-final, I hope it will be right for the final and I will be able to play in that."
