David Rees has left his position as assistant coach of the Newport Gwent Dragons to join the Hong Kong Rugby Football Union as national head coach. The 44-year-old, who will oversee all Hong Kong's national squads, leaves the Dragons after four years having previously coached Wales' Under-19, Under-20, and Under-21 sides and the senior sevens team. Rees said: "I am looking forward immensely to working with all the players, coaches and clubs in the Hong Kong RFU to enhance and build on the current developments and structures." © Scrum.com
