To correspond with the 2009 British & Irish Lions tour of South Africa, ESPN Scrum brings you part four of a six-part video series featuring the pride of Lions - the 1974 "Invincibles".

Lions skipper Willie John McBride discusses the honour of captaining the tourists alongside team-mates Ian McGeechan, Mike Burton, Roger Uttley and Andy Ripley.

The 1974 tourists were unbeaten on South African soil - winning 21 games including three Test matches before drawing the fourth and final Test against a fearsome Springbok side.
