The Premiership
ESPN has exclusive live rights to 43 matches per season from the Aviva Premiership, beginning this season and running through to 2012-2013. This includes exclusive live coverage of the Aviva Premiership Final and one of the two semi-final matches.

Additionally we plan to cover many of the 43 live matches each season on-site, from inside the stadia themselves using a custom-built set, capturing the rugby environment and adding a new dimension to coverage of English rugby on UK television.

Ben Kay, the six-time Aviva Premiership winner and Rugby World Cup-winning former England International, has joined ESPN as match co-commentator. In the commentating booth, Kay joins Cheif Rugby Commentator, Nick Mullins. Austin Healey, the former England international, will be ESPN's lead analyst for its Premiership Rugby coverage.

The Aviva Premiership adds to ESPN's established heritage of rugby coverage in the UK and worldwide.
