Tom Rees
Tom Rees has carved out a reputation as one of the most respected and talented players of his generation since emerging onto the elite stage.

The 24-year-old flanker has represented England at every level, including 7s, and made his debut for the senior side in 2007 before going on to appear at the Rugby World Cup later the same year.

A fearsome tackler in defence, Rees also has an impressive turn of pace that makes him a dangerous prospect in attack. He has also tasted Guinness Premiership and Heineken Cup success with London Wasps and will lead the side this season.

Tipped as a future England captain, he will be writing a fortnightly column exclusively for ESPNscrum in association with Maximuscle.
